Dustin C. Beckley is a partner with Manion Gaynor & Manning and a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Practice Group. His civil litigation practice focuses on toxic tort and products liability litigation. As an experienced litigator, Dustin represents and counsels clients through all phases of complex litigation, from initial investigation and discovery through trial. Dustin has extensive experience handling asbestos cases and toxic tort cases both as local counsel and national expert witness coordinating counsel.
Dustin is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School and the University of California, Los Angeles. While in law school, Dustin was a member of the Moot Court Board and a teaching assistant in the Political Science Department at the University of Notre Dame.
Dustin is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. He was named a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Outside of the office, Dustin competes in triathlons and enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia, and their children, Luke and Laura.
