Kate Vogelhuber is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation Practice Group, where she concentrates on products liability defense and litigation management for a number of the firm’s national clients. Prior to joining MG+M, Kate was an associate at a mid-sized firm in Chicago, where she engaged in the defense of claims involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. She has experience defending product manufacturers, distributors, and contractors, as well as premises owners, in product liability, construction defect, and toxic tort claims.
Kate has also previously worked in the public sector, prosecuting cases with the City of Chicago’s Drug and Gang House task force.
In 2007, Kate received her Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. She received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 2012. Kate has also completed coursework at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire; the University of Vienna in Vienna, Austria; and the University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic. She is a member of the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Illinois.
Prior to attending law school, Kate was a 2007 and 2008 recipient of the Fulbright Grant.
