Overview

A graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2008, and Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2011, Kevin Sloan assists in products liability, toxic tort, premise liability, and general commercial litigation. With a broad background including a state court clerkship in Orleans parish, overseas litigation work in Beijing, China, and an internship for Chief Judge Sarah S. Vance in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Kevin uses his extensive knowledge and experience to assist in all facets of a case, from creating initial litigation plans to drafting cross-examinations of experts at trial.

Kevin has served a key role in several trials across the country, including winning a partial motion for summary judgment on assumption of risk on behalf of a sealing product client that secured substantial savings.

Kevin lives in New Orleans with his wife, Brittany, their two cats that he wishes were dogs, and an ever-growing goldendoodle puppy.
