MG+M Opens New Miami Office

Overview

MG+M proudly announces the opening of its Miami, Florida office.  MG+M’s expansion to Florida enhances the firm’s coast-to-coast litigation capabilities and allows the firm to better serve its national and Florida clients’ critical litigation needs in the areas of asbestos defense, products liability, construction defect, employment law, general liability, business disputes, and maritime law.

MG+M partner Rebecca Kibbe serves as the Partner in Charge of the firm’s Florida practice. Accomplished trial lawyer Russell Pfeifer has also joined the firm as a partner. Rebecca, Russell, and their Florida team are excited to lead the opening of MG+M’s 11th office and serve clients’ litigation needs both in Florida and nationally.

Rebecca C. Kibbe is the Managing Partner of MG+M’s new Miami office. She focuses her litigation practice on product liability and toxic tort defense, with a particular expertise in defending matters related to asbestos. Prior to joining MG+M, Rebecca was a partner of another national law firm.  Rebecca received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S. from Spring Hill College.

Russell M. Pfeifer is a seasoned litigator who has joined MG+M as a partner in the Miami office. Russell’s practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis in product, premises, and professional liability, as well as maritime litigation. Russell has a wealth of trial experience, having served as lead counsel and obtained defense verdicts in several high-profile wrongful death cases in Florida. Russell earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 2003, and his undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1999.
