MG+M is on the Move

October 13, 2015
Overview

It's been a great year of growth for the firm, as evidenced by three office moves into bigger and better spaces for our Boston, New Orleans and Providence offices, as well as a lease renewal for our San Francisco office. We look forward to hosting clients and friends in these great new spaces.

See below for details and photos of our new and enhanced offices:

Boston - Moving to New Location October 26, 2015
New Address Starting Oct. 26 - 125 High Street, 6th Floor, Oliver Street Tower, Boston, MA

In late October, the Boston office will relocate to 125 High Street, expanding into the fifth and sixth floors of the Oliver Street Tower. The new space is approximately 35,000 square feet, consisting of over one hundred offices and work stations. The new conference spaces include five large conference rooms, three small conference rooms and one multipurpose room with various configurations, including a mock courtroom.

The Boston office is comprised of ninety team members including lawyers, paralegals, secretaries and firm administrators. The layout and technology advances of this new office will enhance the firm's communication and collaboration capabilities.

All of our new offices have been built to accommodate technology advances well into the future, including cutting-edge audiovisual capabilities. Additional technology improvements are on the horizon for our other offices, as well.

The new Providence office is in One Citizens Plaza, located at the Gondola Landing on the city's famed Riverwalk. The building is situated at the confluence of the Moshassuck and Woonasquatucket Rivers, which makes it a fantastic vantage point for viewing Providence's Waterfire Festival.

The seven resident team members of our Providence office are:  Brian Gross (Partner), Stephanie Batchelder (Associate), Ken Costa (Associate), Kevin Hadfield (Associate), Elyse DeVito (Paralegal), Jami Kennedy (Finance) and Mary O'Brien (Legal Secretary). Our space covers 5,200 square feet and includes eight offices, five workstations and two conference rooms.

New Orleans - Moved To New Location August 1, 2015

New Address - One Canal Place, 365 Canal Street, Suite 300, New Orleans, LA

Our New Orleans office has relocated to One Canal Place, an office tower well-positioned between the French Quarter and the Central Business District. The new space is 12,000 square feet and includes twelve offices, seven work stations, three conference rooms and great views of the Mississippi River. We have served numerous clients in both Louisiana and Mississippi since this office opened in January 2015, and we are excited to continue our work in the new space.

The New Orleans office is comprised of ten resident team members:  Max Swetman (Partner), Chris Massenburg (Partner), Adam Hays (Partner), Brandie Thibodeaux (Partner), Natasha Corb (Associate), Meaghan Donovan (Associate), Kevin Sloan (Associate), Stacy O'Brien (Paralegal), Jillian Brekeen (Receptionist) and Donna Higginbotham (Bookkeeper and Legal Secretary).

San Francisco - New Lease, Same Great Space

New Address - 201 Spear Street, 18th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105

Opened in 2008, the San Francisco office spans the entire top floor of 201 Spear Street. The office is located two blocks from the Ferry Building and exactly a mile from the San Francisco Giants' AT&T Park. Our recent lease renewal ensures that we will continue to enjoy this space through 2022. We have seventeen team members based in San Francisco, including seven lawyers, four paralegals and six administrative staff.

One of the many great features of this space is the private terrace overlooking the San Francisco Bay. For the seventh year in a row, we opened the terrace to attendees of Perrin Conferences' 2015 Asbestos Litigation Conference. We hosted more than two hundred guests at this year's networking cocktail party on Monday, September 28. John Manning, Partner, co-chaired the conference and Chris Massenburg, Partner, was a featured speaker.
