Overview

Arielle Day represents clients in asbestos litigation and environmental litigation. Prior to joining MG+M, she worked as a law clerk at a law firm based in Metairie, Louisiana, which specializes in traumatic brain injury and catastrophic personal injury. 

During law school, Arielle was the intramural and selection chair on the moot court executive board, as well as the secretary of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. While on the moot court staff, she was a member of the admiralty law team and competed in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Competition. She also participated in the trial advocacy program, where she competed in the American Association for Justice Competition. Additionally, she was a Rule XX student practitioner in the Stuart H. Smith Misdemeanor Clinic. At the close of law school, Arielle was one of ten students inducted into the Order of the Barristers, an honor society for students who excel at oral advocacy.
