Overview

Keisha represents corporate defendants in all phases of complex litigation and liability claims and advises on legal matters impacting her clients’ business. Her practices focuses on environmental litigation, toxic tort liability and PFAS-related litigation.

Prior to joining MG+M, she worked as an assistant attorney general in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, where she served as lead counsel for various boards and commissions to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and statutes. Her litigation experience is wide-ranging at both the state and federal level and includes cases related to civil rights violations, employment discrimination, environmental law and criminal defense. Keisha has argued and prevailed before the US Court of Appeals and notably participated in international arbitration involving a $2 billion contract dispute.
