Overview

Nikkia Pew practices in the areas of products liability, toxic torts and asbestos litigation and defends claims on behalf of product manufacturers, suppliers and contractors. She works on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, deposition of witnesses, motion practice and trial preparation. Nikkia has extensive litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants over the course of her legal career. More recently, Nikkia was an associate at a notable New York City defense firm, where she represented several high-volume clients in asbestos litigation matters.

While attending law school, Nikkia interned for the New York State Homes and Community Renewal, the New York Liquidation Bureau, and Hofstra University’s Disaster Recovery Law Clinic. She was also a Senior Articles Editor of the American College for Trust and Estates Counsel law journal.
