William H. Champlin IV is an associate with MG+M. He is based in the firm’s Boston, Massachusetts, office, where he is a member of the Complex Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining MG+M, William worked for six years in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as the assistant district attorney. During that time, he served in the Dorchester District Court and supervised the South Boston District Court. In William’s previous position, he served as a prosecutor in the Major Felony Bureau in the Suffolk Superior Court. William tried, as first chair, more than 20 district and superior court jury trials to conclusion.
William earned his J.D., with the Macaronis Civil Litigation Concentration, from Suffolk University School of Law in 2011. During law school, he was accepted to the Prosecutor Clinic and was a 3:03 certified prosecutor for a year with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office in the Roxbury District Court. He received his B.S. in political science from Northeastern University in 2005.
