"MG+M invited me to be a member of the Partnership while I was on maternity leave with my second child, which is a clear and important statement about the inclusion and advancement of women in the firm and in society."

As a member of the MG+M Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, as well as the Women’s Forum, San Francisco Partner Abby Adams finds it encouraging that MG+M fosters women professionals within the firm and in the community. In addition to her involvement with MG+M outreach committees, Abby serves as a committee member for Stretch for Success, an annual fundraiser for Dress for Success San Francisco. MG+M sponsors both the event and the organization, which helps women achieve economic independence through a network of professional support, attire and development tools.

"Even though we have all come a long way since 1776 when my namesake urged her husband to ‘remember the ladies’ when drafting the Constitution, we still have further to go,” Abby says. “MG+M invited me to be a member of the Partnership while I was on maternity leave with my second child, which is a clear and important statement about the inclusion and advancement of women in the firm and in society.”
