Overview

Carolina Nunez defends aviation product manufacturers and service providers. She has litigated a variety of matters, including products and premises liability and personal injury cases.  Carolina also has experience litigating employment and trusts and estates matters. She has successfully argued dispositive motions. 

During law school, Carolina served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael W. Fitzgerald of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Carolina participated in the Berkeley Law Workers’ Rights Clinic and La Raza Law School Students Association. She was also an editor of the La Raza Journal and a member of the Labor and Employment Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Carolina interned with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. Carolina received Hispanas Organized for Political Equality’s Future History Maker Award for her commitment to service within the community and academic excellence.

Carolina has contributed to employment law publications, including Workplace Harassment Law, BNA Books and the Wage & Hour Litigation Blog. She has co-authored pieces titled, “Harassment Because of Age,” and “Are You Really Protected From Wage-and-Hour Successor Liability in an Asset Purchase?”
