Danielle V. Carr is the Chief Human Resources Officer at MG+M. She is responsible for all human resource functions for the firm including; employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement. Danielle works closely with the Managing Partner in the development and implementation of Human Resources systems, policies and procedures, communication and best practices. Danielle is an experienced human resource leader providing strategic direction and input regarding overall human resource strategies that support culture, company direction and growth.
Prior to joining MG+M, Danielle was the Human Resources Manager for the Boston office of Foley & Lardner LLP. Danielle received a B.A. from Western New England College in 2000. She received a M.S. in Human Resources from Suffolk University in 2009. Danielle is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA) and the Association of Legal Human Resource Managers (ALHRM).
