Chris S. Pacetti focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including aviation litigation, business litigation, products liability litigation, premises liability and real estate disputes. Chris handles all aspects of litigation from pre-dispute resolution, to mediation, arbitration, trial and appeals. For over 20 years, Chris successfully represented Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, small businesses, partnerships and individuals in high-stakes litigation. Chris has experience bringing multiple bench and jury trials to verdict. His achievements include several multimillion-dollar verdicts and favorable settlements.
Chris received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he participated in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition and clerked for an AMLAW 100 firm. He earned his BA in Business Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside. Prior to Joining MG+M, Chris represented clients in the hospitality, insurance, banking and technology industries in transactional and litigation matters. He also worked for a prominent trial firm in representing major manufacturers in products liability actions. Chris has extensive experience handling matters in multiple state and federal courts throughout the United States.
