Danielle Carr is the Director of Human Resources for the firm, and she is responsible for all of the Human Resource functions including employee relations, recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Danielle’s role focuses on emphasizing the MG+M culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion for all employees in every location. She promotes the values, the beliefs, and the training needed to ensure accountability and respect in the workplace. Danielle embraces equality and hiring best practices to ensure the firm culture is strong. “I believe this creates the foundation for well-being and improves the firm’s performance overall,” she says.

Danielle is a long time member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the New England Human Resource Association, and the Society of Human Resource Management. She is also the Vice President of Mansfield Youth Lacrosse Board, and a youth lacrosse and soccer coach.
