David Davidson is a partner with MG+M, and a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Practice Group. A seasoned trial attorney, David oversees a broad range of litigation matters originating out of the firm’s San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.
Clients have come to rely on David’s keen litigation experience as well as his skill in negotiating favorable settlements when it makes sense to avoid trial. He prides himself on the diversity of his client base, which ranges from large design professional firms and retailers to a globally renowned recording artist engaged in a homeowner dispute.
David’s practice is focused on the vigorous defense of manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and individuals involved in products liability; sporting arms, ammunition, and outdoor products; toxic torts; professional liability; and environmental disputes. His clients include design professionals, cannabis retailers, contractors, developers, real estate appraisers and brokers, and municipalities.
Prior to joining the firm in 2012, David was an attorney with a multi-disciplined law firm in Irvine, California where he handled multi-million-dollar disputes involving high profile, complex construction projects and toxic tort claims.
David received his L.L.M. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College (2001), his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law (1999), and his B.A. in criminal justice from California State University of San Bernardino (1996).
