Farah A. Ballout is an associate with MG+M. Ms. Ballout received her J.D. from Western State University, College of Law in 2014. Her primary practice areas include complex personal injury, product liability, premises liability, talc and asbestos litigation, toxic torts and complex litigation. Ms. Ballout is admitted to practice law in the State of California. She is also admitted to the Bar of the United States District Court of the Central District of California.
Ms. Ballout has experience in pre-trial case investigation, plaintiff and percipient witness depositions, expert consultations and depositions, pre-trial law and motion, including motions for summary judgment, and trial preparation.
She has served as second-chair on multiple jury trials in Northern and Southern California in complex asbestos litigation cases. She has also obtained a defense verdict in a property case dispute, where she acted as lead bench trial counsel.
While completing her Juris Doctorate, she served as the Public Relations and Communications Chair of the Intellectual Property and Technology Society. While completing her Bachelors Degree, she served as Head Delegate for the Model United Nations, earning awards for her alma mater, California State University, Northridge. She enjoys returning to her alma mater as a guest-speaker for her former law professor.
Ms. Ballout is fluent in the Arabic Language.
