Haley is a partner in the San Francisco and Chicago offices of MG+M. She works relentlessly to investigate and learn every detail of her clients’ cases, and treats her cases as if they are her own legal issues. In her practice Haley focuses on civil litigation, including products liability, toxic tort, asbestos and talcum powder litigation, and mobile home litigation. Haley represents a broad range of clients in California, Illinois and other jurisdictions as national coordinating counsel. She is involved with all aspects of litigation, including discovery and depositions, dispositive and pre-trial motions, trial preparation, and settlement. Haley has extensive experience in the courtroom, taking many cases to trial before a jury. Haley takes a unique perspective to each case and strives to develop a comprehensive defense outside the norm. Prior to joining MG+M, Haley was an associate with another Bay Area law firm where she worked as a litigator representing manufacturers, contractors, and suppliers in all stages of personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
Haley received her J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2014. In 2011, Haley received her B.A. in both Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of California Santa Barbara.
Haley resides in Chicago. When not working, Haley enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, biking along Lake Michigan, and cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders!
