Jennifer believes supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all professions fosters stronger relationships in every setting. Jennifer is active in recruiting and mentoring young lawyers from diverse backgrounds. She works diligently to ensure each new attorney has the support and encouragement needed to succeed. Jennifer also serves on MG+M Women’s Forum, which provides a platform for the women of MG+M to share innovative ideas on empowerment in the workplace as well as opportunities to work within our local communities to help other women through our volunteer efforts–such as Dress for Success, as one example. As the mother of two daughters, Jennifer is also committed in her personal life to embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion. The family motto is, “Be Inclusive and Never Exclusive!” Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for the Mill Valley Soccer Club, where she focuses her efforts on fundraising to support competitive player scholarships and ensure every child has the opportunity to compete.
