He represents companies, large and small, in civil litigation and business transactions. His practice is focused on trucking and transportation, premises liability, products liability and toxic torts. He has assisted businesses with formation and contract review, taken hundreds of depositions in jurisdictions across the country, prepared and argued numerous successful dispositive motions and appeals, and tried several cases, including achieving a defense verdict in a New York products liability case.

Justin completed his J.D. degree at Saint Louis University School of Law in 2014, where he was awarded two Academic Excellence Awards―one in civil rights law and another in disability law. While there, Justin was chosen as a Faculty Fellow to work on an Environmental Law project. He also co-founded and was the inaugural President of the Criminal Law Society.

Justin graduated cum laude from Lindenwood University where he earned a B.A. degree all while supporting his family as a Safety and Security Supervisor for St. Anthony’s Medical Center and later as a bottler for Anheuser Busch. He currently lives in Oakville, Missouri, with his wife and their three children.
