Karina E. Murski's practice areas include toxic tort defense and general litigation. She is admitted to practice in both the state courts and federal district courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Karina has significant experience representing various large corporations and insurance carriers in matters involving toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, public utilities law, labor law, insurance coverage and commercial litigation. Over the course of her career, she has taken and defended hundreds of depositions and drafted numerous successful dispositive motions and appeals.
Karina received her J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. During law school, she served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce. She also participated in The Sierra Leone Project drafting memoranda on international criminal law and procedure for the Prosecutor’s Office of the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
Karina received her B.A. in International Studies from the University of Wyoming, where she competed as a barrel racer for the UW Rodeo Team. She currently resides in Manhattan with her partner Frank and their cat Merry.
