In addition to serving on the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Lindsay is a member of the MG+M Women’s Forum, which brings the women of the firm together for meetings, speaking engagements on women empowerment in the workplace, and opportunities to give back to the community such as supporting causes for battered women, and homeless shelters that cater to women and children, as well. “I still consider women when thinking about diverse groups in the business and legal world because female partners and leaders are still underrepresented,” says Lindsay. “At MG+M, we are a representation of what America is - a group of diverse people with different backgrounds and experiences, who come together as a team to work and grow together.”
