Nathaniel “Nate” Spilman defends clients facing complex toxic tort matters, including premises and products liability claims. He also has experience defending premises owners, product manufacturers, construction companies, and trucking/transportation companies in a multitude of matters involving personal injuries, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and property damage.
Prior to joining MG+M, Nathaniel was an associate at a national civil litigation defense firm based in Boston, where he gained valuable experience in all phases of litigation. He also practiced as criminal defense attorney representing indigent clients in the Boston Municipal Court.
While attending Suffolk University Law School, he was a law clerk at a national civil litigation defense firm and was a note editor for the Suffolk University Law Review. Nathaniel resides in Chicago and outside of work enjoys running, golfing, watching the Buffalo Bills and spending time with family.
