Overview

Alan Khlevnoy represents companies of all sizes in every stage of civil litigation, including discovery and depositions, dispositive and pre-trial motions, and trial. He has been successful in obtaining favorable results through dispositive motions at the pre-trial phase and has litigated cases throughout California. He focuses his practice on multiple-party complex litigation, products liability, premises liability and general liability matters. His clients span a broad range of industries, and he is adept at handling cases from initial discovery through trial.

During law school, Alan interned for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Washington DC and was a part of a team that took top honors at the Annual American Association for Justice Mock Trial Competition.
