Overview

Todd Suddleson is a skilled litigator who has tried complex lawsuits throughout the country. His primary practice involves mass tort litigation and product liability defense with a principal focus on the defense of asbestos and talc personal injury cases. He has been active in defending asbestos personal injury cases for more than 30 years and has gained extensive knowledge and experience, which allows him to provide the highest level of representation to his clients.

Todd has been selected to serve on the national and regional trial teams of many different companies that regularly defend claims for exposure to asbestos or talc. In these roles, he has served as a first chair trial attorney on behalf of his clients in various jurisdictions, including Texas, California, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Washington, Delaware, Arizona, South Carolina and Rhode Island. One of his verdicts was selected by Courtroom View Network as one of the Top 10 Most Impressive Defense Verdicts for 2018.

Todd has given presentations as an invited speaker on various subjects related to his practice areas at nationally-attended CLE conferences.
