Overview

John B. Manning, a partner and the firm chairperson of MG+M, will serve as a co-chair of Perrin Conferences' National Asbestos Litigation Conference to be held on September 27-29, 2021 at the Fairmont San Francisco hotel. Firm partner David J. Fisher will also present at the conference.

In his role as co-chair, Manning will help shape the agenda and offer defense counsel perspectives. With years of litigation experience, Manning leads MG+M’s Complex Litigation Group, which maintains an active presence from its 13 offices nationwide. As national coordinating counsel for multiple corporations’ litigation matters, Manning directs the defense of tens of thousands of cases pending in all 50 states.

Fisher will speak on Tuesday, September 28 at 9:00 am on a panel entitled, “Has the Dust Settled between the EPA and FDA?” He will discuss the EPA’s risk evaluation for chrysotile asbestos.

Attendees can receive Continuing Legal Education credit and Continuing Education credit and enjoy several networking opportunities including a cocktail reception hosted by MG+M at their office in San Francisco on the evening of September 27.

Perrin Conferences requires all conference attendees and speakers to be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required at registration for this event. Masks are mandatory indoors at the Fairmont San Francisco and at all Perrin functions including offsite receptions.
