David Fisher graduated Phi Kappa Phi from Texas A&M University in 1985 with a B.A. degree in history. He was also a University Undergraduate Fellow. David received his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University in 1988 where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers. He is currently licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, Texas, New York and Washington.

David’s primary area of practice is complex litigation focusing on product liability and toxic torts. He is responsible for the oversight of toxic tort litigation on a local level, along with involvement as national trial counsel for a number of clients. David is a savvy and experienced litigator who has tried a substantial number of cases involving asbestos, personal injury, medical malpractice and business disputes. He has been extensively involved in the development of expert witnesses. In addition, David has also consulted internationally on product liability cases.

David joined the firm as a partner in 2011 after a long career in Texas and Seattle representing several clients in asbestos litigation. Currently, he leads one of many of the firm’s toxic tort litigation trial teams and has secured numerous defense verdicts across the country.

Prior to graduating from law school, David spent four years in the United States Army and served with the 2nd Battalion, 75th Infantry (Rangers) at Ft. Lewis, Washington. He is a graduate of the US Army Airborne School, Ranger School, Jungle Expert School and German Airborne School among others. 

David lives in Texas with his wife, Vikki.
