Kevin Hadfield is a partner with MG+M and a member of the firm's national trial team. With a focus on products liability, food-borne illness, class-action defense, construction defect, and general liability, Kevin represents clients throughout southern New England and beyond. Kevin has defended municipalities and school districts in diverse lawsuits, involving issues of premises liability, negligent supervision, wrongful termination, water and sewer drainage, highway defect, and others.
As Coordinating Counsel for a sealing technology manufacturer, Kevin manages and supervises local counsel in litigation in nearly every state across the country. He counsels clients facing complex legal issues in multi-party, high-exposure lawsuits, and strives to achieve the best results through meticulous preparation and a thorough understanding of both the legal and human issues involved in the litigation. Kevin believes that good counsel is cost-effective and catered to the client’s goals, which is accomplished by not only listening to the client but anticipating their needs.
Originally from Glastonbury, Connecticut, Kevin currently resides in Barrington, Rhode Island, and practices out of the firm's Providence office.
