Nancy Dueñez concentrates her practice in toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy was an associate at a trial lawyers’ law firm focusing on class actions, civil rights law and municipal liability, where she gained significant litigation experience.

Nancy is a member of the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois and a co-chair of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois Diversity Committee. 

Nancy enjoys yoga, running, scuba diving and traveling to the Mexican Caribbean.
