Ryan Wallis is a litigator with a focus on representing defendants in personal injury cases.

Before joining MG+M, Ryan garnered varied experience in the practice of law. In addition to working for defense law firms in New Orleans and in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area, he worked for a St. Louis plaintiff’s litigation firm, for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and for his own firm as a solo trial attorney.

In addition to advocating for and counseling his clients, Ryan enjoys teaching on legal topics. He was a recurring guest lecturer on choice of law in multi-state litigation to students at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Additionally, while a solo practitioner, Ryan taught a class in business law at Lindenwood University.

Ryan graduated cum laude from Tulane University School of Law. While at Tulane he competed on the moot court team for corporate law, edited the Sports Lawyers Journal and represented indigent clients through the Civil Litigation Clinic.
