Overview

Wade Bredin works across a wide spectrum of complex civil litigation matters, including national products liability litigation, real property litigation, trusts and estates matters, and commercial litigation. He also works on local government matters. He has experience in all phases of litigation, from advising on pre-litigation disputes to working on appellate matters.

While pursuing his JD from the Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, he was the winner of the Robert J. Grey, Jr. Negotiations Competition. During law school, Wade also interned in the Office of the United States Attorney for New Jersey and in the Office of the Attorney General of Rhode Island, where he authored several state Freedom of Information Act decisions. Before attending law school, Wade earned a degree in Ancient Greek from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, served his local community as the first director of the ocean lifeguarding program in Mantoloking, New Jersey, and founded two companies.

Wade lives in Wilmington, Delaware, and completed the 2023 New York Marathon.
