Overview

Arian Prelvukaj is a partner at the firm’s New York City office. He focuses his practice on complex tort and product liability litigation. Arian is licensed in New York State, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. He has extensive experience in conducting depositions, motion practice, discovery, arbitration and settlement negotiations.

Arian earned his J.D. from CUNY School of Law in 2013. During law school, he served as a student attorney for the Community Economic Development Clinic in Long Island City, New York, where he provided direct client representation with supervision to a non-profit corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree cum laude in business management and finance from Stony Brook University, where he earned Dean's List honors and was a member of the Business Honors Research Program. Prior to earning his bachelor's degree, he worked as a research assistant for The World Trade Center Health Registry, where he performed community outreach to educate 9/11 recovery effort victims regarding their medical benefits. He also coached the 78th Precinct Youth Council basketball team. Arian is fluent in Albanian.
