Overview

Ashlyn Calhoun is a St. Louis native who represents clients in asbestos litigation. Before working for MG+M, she worked for law firms in St. Louis, where she handled everything from arson and fraud investigations for insurance companies to medical malpractice matters and personal injury suits. 

While in law school, Ashlyn was a published member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution, competed in moot court competitions and served a variety of clients in need through legal clinic participation. She also served as a member of the executive boards for the Board of Advocates and The Black Law Student Organization, and worked as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing. Ashlyn graduated with honors as a member of the Order of Barristers. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Ashlyn was an involved member of her sorority. Ashlyn has a passion for mentorship, pro bono work, and diversity and inclusion, and serves on the chapter advisory board for a Missouri chapter of her sorority. She is also a member of the Mound City Bar Association, the Bar Association for Metropolitan St. Louis and the Women’s Law Association. 

Ashlyn resides in St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband, Paul, and their pets. In her spare time, she is likely to be found reading, writing, cooking and exploring.
