Overview

Dane Schrader's practice focuses on general liability, employment litigation, toxic tort litigation, professional liability, and construction litigation. Dane has experience defending architects, engineers, employers, and property owners through all phases of litigation and trial. He has successfully advocated for his clients through dispositive motions and favorable settlements in single-party litigation to multi-party, complex liability matters.

Dane is licensed in the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Additionally, he has been admitted pro hac vice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

Prior to joining MG+M, Dane was an associate at a prestigious regional firm where he represented attorneys, public entities, and employers in legal malpractice, general liability, and employment matters, respectively. In 2017, Dane graduated from Southwestern Law School magna cum laude where he was a member of its nationally ranked Moot Court team while also serving on its board of governors. Dane also obtained his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Arizona where he majored in Political Science with a minor in Spanish.
