Overview

Dragana Kovacevic concentrates her practice in toxic tort and complex commercial litigation. Clients turn to Dragana for her innovative and effective skills managing case files from inception to trial. She utilizes her legal research and motion drafting skills to support her clients through all phases of the litigation process.

Prior to joining the firm, Dragana served as an associate for a national Chicago-based law firm and a Chicago civil defense firm focusing on catastrophic insurance defense, where she gained experience in all aspects of litigation leading to trial. She also practiced as a document review attorney performing US Department of Justice second request antitrust reviews.

While attending the DePaul University College of Law, she received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award after receiving the highest grade in the school’s bioethics and the law course.

Dragana enjoys barre classes and traveling.
