Partners Max Swetman and Chris Massenburg from the New Orleans office, as well as David Frohn from the firm’s Lake Charles office, have been named to the 2018 Louisiana Super Lawyers list. Meghan Senter was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Max Swetman focuses his practice on the defense of toxic tort, occupational disease, and environmental claims. In addition to a law degree, Max holds a master’s degree in environmental science and policy, and a master of public health degree in epidemiology. He also has been named to Best Lawyers of America and is a landmark member of the Federal Bar Association.
Chris Massenburg is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on environmental, toxic tort, products liability, commercial trucking and transportation, premises liability, construction defects, and intellectual property litigation. He has been named by Super Lawyers since 2013 and was recognized by Best Lawyers in America 2018.
For David Frohn, this is his tenth consecutive year listed by Super Lawyers. David has more than 35 years of jury trial, products liability, and insurance litigation experience and is board certified in civil trial law and in civil pretrial practice advocacy by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. His diplomate rank with the American Board of Trial Advocates certifies he has tried more than 100 civil jury trials to verdict as lead trial counsel
Associate Meghan Senter is included in the 2018 Louisiana Rising Stars list. She is a board member of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Federal Bar, member of the Association for Women Attorneys, and has been included in the Rising Stars list since 2015.
