Jordan Schwindt is an associate in MG+M’s Boston office. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including general liability, products liability, and professional liability. She also has experience in areas including construction litigation, wrongful death actions, premises liability, and dram shop cases. Jordan is involved with all stages of litigation, including designing defense strategies, discovery and depositions, dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

Prior to working for MG+M, Jordan practiced for several years at a well-established regional insurance defense firm, where she represented a diverse group of companies and individuals in all phases of litigation. Jordan’s approach is to develop and execute defense strategies that provide her clients with efficient, cost-effective, and successful resolution of their cases. She has extensive experience in the resolution of matters through mediation.

A Northern Virginia native, Jordan earned her B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 2012 and her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2015. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She is also admitted in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
