Overview

Krysta Maigue defends clients in general liability litigation, including premises liability, professional liability and silica litigation. 

Prior to joining MG+M, Krysta practiced insurance defense, representing both insurers and their insureds in torts relating to premises and general liability, automobile accidents, general negligence, dental malpractice, medical malpractice and personal injury

She received her BA in history with a minor in philosophy from California State University, Fullerton in 2014, and her JD from Western State University College of Law in 2018, where she earned the Witkin Award for National Security Law and served as managing editor of the Western State Law Review. Krysta was also a fellow with the Orange County chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
