Overview

Loren Yudovich is a litigation associate who concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Her civil litigation experience includes cases involving breach of contract, shareholder disputes, derivate actions, fraud, cyberfraud, trade secrets, noncompete agreements, tortious interference, secured transactions, probate, condominium disputes, injunctive relief and declaratory relief, among others. Loren has experience litigating in both state and federal courts in various jurisdictions throughout the United States and its territories, and on behalf of domestic and international clients. As such, she has experience in drafting briefs, motions and memoranda of law, and in conducting legal research on various commercial and business issues in such jurisdictions. Loren has experience with mediations, commercial arbitration and depositions, including expert and lay witness depositions.
