Awarded by Diversity Lab, this certification recognizes our efforts to increase diversity in leadership, ensure that advancement opportunities are inclusive, and enhance transparency related to leadership roles, our advancement processes and compensation policies. Additionally, the plus designation is reserved for firms that show measured progress as a result of these efforts—an honor only half of the 240+ Mansfield Certified firms achieved this year.

The yearlong Mansfield Certification process is designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. Its focus is to broaden the talent pool for consideration, including those historically underrepresented in the legal profession, to facilitate transparent pathways to leadership.
