MG+M Partner Bernadette Catalana will speak at the National Association of Women Lawyers’ 2020 Annual Meeting, being held virtually July 15-16, 2020. During her session, “Looking Up and Looking Out For Each Other - Getting Past the Subtle Roadblocks of Anti-Woman Bias,” Bernadette will examine some of the subtle and not-so-subtle challenges women face in the workplace and discuss strategies for overcoming them. She will also talk about the need for women to support, sponsor and mentor one another to advance their careers and build their collective power in the industry. An active and hands-on mentor, Bernadette will share her tried and true mentoring practices.
