MG+M Partners Brian Gross and Max Swetman will speak at Perrin Conferences’ Environmental Risk and PFAS Litigation Conference, taking place June 16–17, 2026 at the New York City Bar Association in New York.
Max will speak on the “Update on PFAS Epidemiology and Health Effects” panel on Tuesday, June 16 at 2:30 p.m., discussing association versus causation, evolving evidence regarding alleged C8 health effects, medical record retrieval, and evaluating PFAS-related claims.
Brian will join the “Emerging Areas in PFAS” panel on Wednesday, June 17 at 10:45 a.m., focusing on PFAS in consumer products, short-chained and volatile PFAS, emerging regulatory and litigation issues, and evolving approaches to PFAS assessment and management strategies.
