MG+M Associate Rachel Leonard will speak at the 65th Annual Meeting of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. The conference, themed “In It to Win It,” celebrates 65 years of collaboration and progress within the Northern California and Nevada legal community and brings together legal professionals to discuss emerging trends, refine litigation strategies and foster professional growth.
Rachel will co-lead the interactive program "Deposition Land Mines: Dealing with Difficult Opposing Counsel" on December 5 at 3:15 p.m. This session will equip young lawyers with effective techniques to navigate challenging opposing counsel, maintain control and ensure fair and productive depositions.
