MG+M Partner Jennifer Cormier will serve as co-chair of Perrin Conferences’ Artificial Stone Silicosis Litigation Conference on April 28 in Los Angeles.
As co-chair, Jennifer will deliver opening remarks, moderate a panel, and help guide the program alongside conference leadership. The conference will bring together attorneys, judges, insurance professionals, and industry leaders to examine emerging trends and key challenges shaping silica litigation.
Programming will address evolving exposures, litigation developments, and strategies for managing risk in artificial stone cases. Attendees will also have opportunities to connect with peers across the industry and exchange practical insight on this rapidly developing area.
"I’m honored to co-chair Perrin’s Artificial Stone Silicosis Litigation Conference with James Nevin this year," Jennifer says. "The artificial stone docket continues to develop at a rapid pace, and thoughtful, strategic dialogue is more important than ever. This program is designed to address the key procedural, scientific, and trial issues shaping the litigation, from California coordination and bankruptcy developments to medical evidence, OSHA compliance, and national trial strategy."
MG+M looks forward to supporting this opportunity for industry collaboration and discussion on developments shaping silica litigation.
