MG+M Partner Brendan Malvey and Associate Dillon Aisenberg will present “Contract Terms Every Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer Should Know: A Legal Perspective on Common Areas of Dispute in Professional Services Agreements” on Friday, June 26 from 12–1:30 p.m. ET. The webinar is hosted by the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (MALSCE).

Drawing on their experience representing design professionals, Brendan and Dillon will discuss contract terms that frequently become areas of dispute for land surveyors and civil engineers. The presentation will examine key provisions that affect rights, obligations and risk exposure in professional services agreements.

Participants will gain practical insight into identifying legal and business risks in professional services agreements, as well as strategies for managing those risks through effective contract review and negotiation of reasonable contract terms.
