MG+M The Law Firm Regional Office Manager Danielle Steiner has been recognized in Missouri Lawyers Media's 2025 Unsung Legal Heroes special section. The list honors the law firm employees who have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty, often behind the scenes, and the award is reserved for the state’s most talented and dedicated legal support professionals.

As a regional office manager for MG+M The Law Firm, Danielle Steiner oversees the operations, administrative and human relations functions of the firm’s offices in Chicago, Dallas, O’Fallon, New Jersey and New York. She joined the firm in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and her colleagues say she “has been pivotal in leading her locations through effective remote and hybrid working and the return-to-office process, helping colleagues stay connected to each other and the broader firm culture across digital and in-person spaces.”

Having started as a paralegal, Danielle’s journey at the firm reflects her willingness to take on new challenges, her positive team mentality and her wide-ranging skillset—qualities that have steadily expanded her role into a national presence with responsibilities across operations, administration, HR and practice management.
