Employees in MG+M’s Wilmington, Delaware office held a clothing drive in support of In Her Shoes, a non-profit organization aiming to support women who are coming out of incarceration, as they transform into becoming gainfully employed model citizens. The organization holds workshops on such topics as self-esteem building, parenting skills, job training, financial literacy, and art therapy with the goal of re-establishing the women with productive lives that benefit both the individual and the community.
