Overview

MG+M Partner Jeffrey McLucas will speak at MCLE’s Dissecting Attorney-Client Privilege and the Work Product Doctrine program on Monday, June 8. The program will be held in person in Boston, with a live webcast option available.

Jeffrey will join the “Attorney-Client Privilege” panel at 3 p.m., discussing privilege issues in the insurance context, waiver of attorney-client privilege, opinion and fact work product, expert discovery, and inadvertent disclosure and clawback provisions.

The program will examine attorney-client privilege, the work product doctrine and related protections that arise in litigation, in-house counsel relationships, closely held corporations, estates and other complex attorney-client relationships. It will also include a session on the work product doctrine and an “Ask the Experts” Q&A session.

Registration is available through MCLE. The program is free with an MCLE OnlinePass subscription, with additional registration rates available for MCLE sponsor members, new lawyers, pending admittees, law students, paralegals, and other attendees.
