MG+M The Law Firm is proud to once again be named to the Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list in the small company category, marking the second year in a row the firm has earned this distinction. This recognition is based entirely on confidential employee survey feedback and reflects the firm’s continued commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and engaging workplace culture.
 
The Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list honors local employers that go above and beyond to create outstanding work environments. This year, 90 companies across Massachusetts were selected for inclusion, with honorees spanning a wide range of industries.
 
Participating companies met criteria for location and size and were evaluated through employee engagement surveys administered by Business Journal partner Quantum Workplace. Employees were asked to provide feedback on a range of workplace factors, including job satisfaction, work-life balance, growth opportunities, management, compensation, and benefits.
 
Earning this recognition for a second consecutive year is a meaningful reflection of the high value MG+M places on its people, our commitment to functioning as a truly unified team, and our ongoing efforts to create and maintain great workplaces across our offices nationwide.
