January 12, 2026

Overview

MG+M The Law Firm Associate Megha Rana has been selected for the 2026 class of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders Program.

The seven-month Pathfinder Program began in 2015 to connect and train high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds with foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.

Participants in the program are selected by managing partners and general counsel at LCLD member organizations. Pathfinders have been identified as early-career emerging leaders who have distinguished themselves within their organizations.

MG+M’s partnership with LCLD is a valuable part of our strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. LCLD is composed of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged to create a truly diverse legal profession in the United States. LCLD’s programs are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture talented legal professionals to help a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership. As part of MG+M’s commitment to fostering a culture that honors, celebrates, and promotes diversity, we have been an active LCLD member for many years, participating in the Pathfinders Program for the past six years.
