MG+M The Law Firm welcomes Misti Mosteller as a partner in our Dallas office. Misti is a seasoned attorney defending premises owners, product and equipment manufacturers, and employers in toxic tort, products liability and catastrophic injury litigation. 

For more than 20 years, Misti has served as trial counsel for Fortune 500 companies and managed litigation across Texas, Oklahoma and Michigan. She has also served as national and local counsel for Fortune 100 companies, managing multi-plaintiff dockets in multimillion-dollar cases. Misti has represented clients in personal injury lawsuits filed across the country, with particular experience handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims where questions of medical and substantial causation are at issue.  In addition to her extensive success at trial, including defense verdicts, dismissals and summary judgments, Misti is a certified mediator.

Misti joins MG+M from an AmLaw 200 defense litigation firm, along with an associate and two administrative professionals. Misti received her JD from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her BA from The University of Texas at Arlington.
